Hill Country Tote Rental equipment is designed for repeated use. Normal wear and tear from ordinary use is expected and will not result in a charge.

Customers are responsible for lost, unreturned, damaged, or excessively soiled equipment as outlined below.

➕ Lost or Unreturned Tote: $40 each

➕Tote Damaged Beyond Reasonable Use: $40 each

➕Excessive Cleaning Required: $15 each

➕Lost or Unreturned Dolly: $125

➕Dolly Damaged Beyond Reasonable Use : $125

➕Damage Not Specifically Listed: Reasonable Repair & Replacement Cost

All equipment is inspected after return. Applicable charges will be assessed based on the condition of the equipment and charged to the payment method on file in accordance with the Rental Agreement & Terms of Service.
